Gifts and Delivered Products Policy
Once a gift or product has been delivered in perfect condition, exchanges or returns are not accepted. This specifically includes personalized items, which, due to their unique nature, are not eligible for refunds once production has begun or they have been delivered. Our commitment is to ensure the highest quality upon delivery.
Date Changes
If you need to change the date of a scheduled event or delivery, rescheduling will be subject to our availability. We recommend notifying us as far in advance as possible to facilitate processing.
Event Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: If the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the agreed date or time of the service, a 100% refund of the amount paid will be issued.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: If cancellation is made with less than 48 hours' notice, only 50%* of the total amount paid will be refunded.
Liability for Non-Compliance
BalloonsParty will not be liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences that may arise if the customer fails to comply with the terms and conditions established for the provision of the service.
