Caring for your Balloon

At BallonsParty, we want you to take the best care of your helium or bubble balloons, which is why we're giving you some tips to extend the life of your balloons:

Do you have express orders?

Yes, we handle express orders, but they depend on our schedule. You can contact us to check availability.

We are proud to offer balloon decorations and personalized favors for every occasion in Chicago, Illinois and the surrounding areas.

Can I meet you at my event space?

Yes. On-site consultations are available select days of the week for an additional fee.

Can I pick up my balloons and/or gifts?

We offer our services for delivery only. If we don't serve your area and you'd like to hire us, we'd be happy to help you via WhatsApp.

How do I pay for my event decoration?

Once you've accepted the quote and completed your order, you can pay online using any of our payment methods or Zelle.

How long do balloons last indoors?

Many inflated balloon designs can last for weeks indoors. Please note that a space with doors and/or windows open to the outside is considered an outdoor space, as wind, humidity, and sunlight can affect the balloons. The durability of your balloons will depend on the ambient conditions of the space, and we cannot guarantee that they will last for a specific amount of time.

How long will my helium balloons float?

All of our helium balloons typically float for at least 3 days indoors, but they typically last much longer! Balloon lifespans will depend on the ambient conditions of your space, and we can't guarantee a specific lifespan.

How long do balloons last outdoors?

Balloons used outdoors are not guaranteed to last a specific amount of time, as sun, heat, wind, rain, etc., affect the lifespan of the balloons.

Are the balloons biodegradable or can they be recycled?

Yes! Our latex balloons are made from natural materials and are 100% biodegradable. They biodegrade at the same rate as an oak leaf! However, foil balloons are NOT biodegradable, but they are recyclable. Please DO NOT release any type of balloon outdoors and dispose of them properly.

Can you create a custom design using my color and theme preferences?
